About the Role:

Capita is hiring for the position of Executive - Insurance to join its Mumbai-based team. This is a hybrid full-time role that involves providing day-to-day administration services across the full lifecycle for all clients, scheme members, and their dependents. The ideal candidate will contribute to high-quality customer service delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve excellent customer service in alignment with team goals, service level agreements, and company procedures.
• Process various service requests including:

1. Change of Address, Name, Gone Aways
2. Outstanding Premium Letters
3. Valuation, Quotation, and Projections
4. General Policy Details and Amendments
5. Wakeup Packs / Ad-hoc Packs
6. Record Mismatch / Suspense Corrections
7. Multiple Exception Reports

• Respond to member queries through multiple channels within defined SLAs.
• Follow Capita’s Quality Management System and comply with all internal and regulatory policies.
• Take accountability for your personal development by completing relevant trainings, including e-learning modules.
• Promptly identify and report risks, breaches, or complaints to your line manager and/or the Operational Risk & Compliance Department.

Key Technology Skills:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred)
• Basic understanding of insurance and pension operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Commitment to learning and development through e-learning and training
• Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment in Mumbai
